ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
A few years ago I wrote music for three projects concurrently. All three were limited run and narrow exposure, but each communicated a great story. On the surface each had very different characters and story lines. "Alice In Wonderland" was a stage production retelling of the classic children's story, "The Ghost" was a movie focused on a former soldier who came to avenge the death of his wife, and "The Crucible" was a stage production of the classic story.

However, soon after I got involved in all three, similar messages and themes kept appearing. After I finished composing music for all three productions, I took a step back and asked, "What if this were one, integrated (and quite fantastic) story? What would the soundtrack to such a movie sound like?"

This album is the result.

I created a sort of mashup from the music of all three projects. With the backdrop of a mysterious and magical land, adding the industrial, gritty mood of a vengeance thriller, and finally adding the haunting and life altering consequences of betrayal, I was able to pull out all the stops mashing up the music to intertwine these stories. Throughout this album you will hear the hardest of guitars, the softest of piano, deep pulsing electronica, sweeping soundtrack orchestrations, and searing guitar solos that mimic the flights and fights throughout the score of...

...Ghost In Wonderland.
