ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This is the second release for Greg Shupe and his rather unstructured band, Men With Issues. Dennis and Zach Diamond are father and son and outstanding multi-instrumentalists. The three have played together around the Mid-Atlantic region for several years, although this has become much less frequent since Zach began teaching and playing music in Lima, Peru. Even if he makes all the lights, it is still a rough commute.

"An Evening at Moosehead is essentially just that. One hot August evening, Zach, Dennis, and I wandered into Moosehead Studio just to play some songs we regularly included in our sets. We recorded live with three instruments and two voices and wound up with the eleven songs on this recording. Over the next few months we tweaked the tunes, adding an additional instrument or harmony (e.g., The Galway Girl), but the basic tracks are just us playing in the studio. While there are no originals on this CD, it represents our renditions of some of our favorite songs by some of the finest songwriters and performers around."
