Great record, superior song writing & terrific musicianship
The self-titled record by Greg Whitfiled has been my find of the year. The stories told in the songs are compelling offer a unique perspective, especially in 'Martin's Song' & 'It Sucks To Be You'. When I listened to the site I had to find out how they turned out. In additon, the muscianship, especially guitar finger picking is excellent. I've already recommended this record to friends.

Guitar is impeccable fretwork that cuts to the soul,& vocals, lyrics to the heart
The songs have a variety that cover life experience and all it's levels. The sensitivity, depth, beauty and yes! Humor of the album selections are an auditory feast for the ears and a healing, moving ride for the soul. The songs range from poinant, rollicking, and gentle to a harsh dose of reality. A rare treat to enjoy over and over. "Martin's Song is a classic.
