Album Notes
Online gaming is a strange phenomenon, one that thrives on a 'real' social environment intertwined with a virtual, fantasy one. I think I was as surprised as anybody when I found myself singing and playing guitar to 40 or so people from the other side of the Earth – via the internet – as fill-in entertainment while we waited for our 'raid' to get back on it's feet for another large-scale attack on a virtual big-boss-baddie inside 'World of Warcraft'.

The next week, I came prepared with a made-up song based about the plight of a fictitious in-game character, and thus the 'Pally DPS Song' was born, to about as much appraisal as you can expect from several dozen happy drunkards spending their evenings going 'pew pew' together. I would write more, but it wasn't until late 2009 that I decided I would take a stab at actually recording something, rather than just playing live. On top of this, I was inspired by some of the great machinima (movies made using in-game footage/modelling) that had emerged at the time, and set to making my own to accompany the tunes (you can find them all on YouTube).

Though primarily a guitarist, I will happily stray wherever music will let me, and consequently the material on this album is fairly eclectic in style, as well as mood – the end result of a wandering bard's virtual meanderings over the last two years. Along the way I have been fortunate enough to work the incredible Emberisolte, who appears on three tracks and features on 'Sentinel Hill'.

I've spent the last six months carefully remixing and mastering the audio to finally produce quality tracks of these songs, and at last it is done... I hope you enjoy them.

Spacebar Clown doesn't leave me blue!
I've been a fan of Greyfoo's machinima for years, and he remains the best in the genre of WoW music-based machinima to this day. Having his music with me on my MP3 player makes me a happy Warcraft nerd.

Awesome music, the guy has an amazing sense of beat. I would like to see more from him in the future.

Finally I can Listen in the Car!
Strange, my first review didnt register.... Take 2!
I have been listening to and singing along to these songs for years! I would gladly pause a raid to have Grey set up his guitar and sing for us!! The songs are filled with charm, humor, and a great deal of passion. To understand the humor within the songs you would need a basic understanding of the gaming world, however, you do not need to understand this world to simply enjoy the music and be entertained!!

I could not be more excited to have all these songs available whenever I want to hear them! Some singing and laughing during rush-hour traffic might keep my little bit of sanity in tact.

Grey is not only an amazing artist, he is an amazing person with a very big heart. I am happy to be able to call him a friend, and he is someone that I both respect and admire.
Congratz on the album, Keep them coming!

Finally Available for the Car!
I have been listening and singing along to these songs for years. I would happily pause a raid at any time to have Grey set up his guitar and sing for us from across the world. The songs combine charm, comedy, and a lot of passion. To understand the humor within the songs you would need to understand the gaming world, but you do not need to understand this world to simply enjoy the music and be entertained! I couldnt be happier that I now have the complete album available for me in my car, and my workouts!

Cant wait for the next album! Keep them coming!
