Album Notes
Groundskeeper is the music project of Western-Massachusetts-based songwriter Rob Dei Dolori and his friends and musical collaborators.

This EP, Ghost Things, draws sonically from a variety of genres (e.g. indie rock, Americana, garage, experimental, bedroom pop) to create atmospheric and richly layered tracks rooted in traditional songwriting. The songs express loss, disillusionment, and nostalgia, shifting between literalistic and impressionistic lyrical styles. The weighty, pensive mood of the record is cut with a streak of defiance and hope, with the closing track underscoring the need to pick up and move on in the face of difficult circumstances: "Don't forget to make amends / Even if there's nothing left."

Ghost Things was recorded in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains in Western Mass.
