ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This is a volume 1 CD that has recordings made between 1971 and 2006 never released, inspite the fact that I have 12 albuns released. This volume 1, contains recordings made in studio and Radio Programs, in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Boston and Los Angeles. It features also the Guilherme Vergueiro's Brazilian Big Band in 3 tracks, a Big Band that I had during my years living in L.A. featuring some of the best musicians in L.A. such as Ron King, Don Menza, Jack Nimitz, Phil Teele, Bill Reichenback, Claudio Slon, José Marino, among others. It also features a young Gretchen Parlato in 3 songs, some of her first recordings, and myself singing in the Boston Sessions.
