Prana Nidra is a practice to bring harmony, relaxation and balance to our pranic (energy) state. Our pranic state is the bridge that connects the physical state to the mental state. In daily life, our awareness moves between the physical and mental states, between body and mind, largely missing the manifestation of the pranic state.

In Prana Nidra the breath becomes the medium to connect to energy. Each breath offers us the opportunity to connect to the energy flowing in us. Through Prana Nidra, we learn to become sensitized and receptive to this expression of energy to then control this energy in our physical, energetic, mental and psychic structure. In Prana Nidra we develop a deeper understanding and experience of pranic interaction, energy as flow and vibration.
