"Breathe New Life Into Your Life" is an invitation to take time out intentionally, to fuel yourself with breath and awareness, and to be marvelously good to yourself. Experience the value of retreating time and again with this delicious practice.

We originally conceived of the "Breathe New Life Into Your Life" practice as a weekend yoga retreat---plenty of pampering and time to relax, to breathe and to expand. This has turned into a popular annual retreat held every January in the hot springs town of Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. This album is based on the practices we have explored there over the years, synthesizing some of the most effective movements and methods into practices to support everyday life. Each track on this album is a stand-alone practice for when time is short. Practiced together, you will find yourself letting go of your tensions and feeling more fulfilled. This practice invites serenity through conscious movement and stillness as you tap into your own source of presence and repose. As your breath deepens, tension melts away and your life force is augmented. Rushing and busyness fade as you reconnect to the luxury of genuine rest.

Halli Bourne & Marisa Wolfe, both Kripalu Yoga Teachers, joined forces as Santosha Yoga & Meditation Retreats in 2008 to bring contentment to their yoga and meditation students one breath at a time, helping people relax profoundly and rediscover their own playfulness. They currently offer retreats in New Mexico and internationally.

Marisa is a Kripalu Yoga Teacher, licensed massage therapist, and certified Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner. Marisa brings compassion and playfulness to her classes, inviting students into personal exploration. Her bodywork sessions aim to develop equilibrium and greater physical ease. Marisa owns and teaches at Yoga del Sol in Central New Mexico and maintains a blog of practices that arise out of her interests and classes.

Halli is a 500-hour Kripalu Yoga Teacher (ERYT-500), Breath & Meditation Teacher, a Mindfulness Performance & Creativity Coach, a vocalist and a freelance writer. With over 20 years of experience, she guides her students and clients into non-reactive awareness to reveal the unchanging truth already dwelling within them. Halli blends a vast array of knowledge into straightforward and practical methods to achieve a more fulfilling, purpose-driven life. She owns True Self Coaching, LLC.
