Album Notes
Harp 46 is an unconventional trio of harp, African drums and bass. Their World Fusion style combines Celtic, African and Jazz traditions, with nods to classical and rock. Their sound both respects and transcends their complex roots.

ENTANGLEMENT, Harp 46’s fourth album, adds Middle Eastern flavors, violin, and Appalachian influences including some beautiful dulcimer playing. The result both soothes and inspires. It is perfect for relaxing, and may well revive the tradition of simply sitting and listening to music.

Harp 46 is made up of April Stace on harp, Nucleo Vega on African Djembe drum and percussion from other parts of the world, and Posido Vega on bass. ENTANGLEMENT also features Bonnie McManaman on violin, Nucleo on dulcimer, and Amanda Lee providing vocals on the bonus track.

"This album has a great range,” says Stace. “The highs are high and the lows are low. I think we are really coming into our sound. I love the collaboration that went into making this album; I love working with people who understand and add to what we’re doing.”
