ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Mike Harrison is more than just a guitarist, he is also an accomplished composer and arranger as heard on his first CD release “Songs”
This all instrumental CD is easy to listen to. The sultry, laid-back sounds relax you with the passion of his soul.
He somehow blends grooves, sounds, melody and choice of guitar for a cinematic experience with each song.
Mostly self taught he studied for awhile with the late great bebop guitarist Jimmy Raney.
Besides composing and playing guitar Mike currently produces and plays on recordings of many up and coming artists not just in his home city of Nashville but all over the country and is also a staff producer with PG Music in Canada.
Listen to the cut, “Little G”, and see if you are not humming it later.
You will be.
