ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Headstones is a band from Benicia, California.
The Staubach Brothers Charlie, Ben, Lodge, and KC, from Benicia, banded together with their lifelong friend Dan McAuliffe of San Diego.
Many of their songs came about as they would share each other’s new songs on summer nights in southern Oregon’s cascade crest.
Headstones have continued to create new songs together ever since, even as they have moved apart, by meeting in the summertime and sharing their music.
The band, minus Dan, played live shows in and around Benicia in the early 1990’s.
The album Lunker was recorded with all five Headstones together in the studio.
