ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This book is a personal effort to improve myself and be a better partner in my relationship with a man.
I created it after it was suggested I do so, following two conferences for women in both Montreal and Toronto on this topic.
I have been following my own advice for years and though am not married, my relationships have been a source of both joy and inner growth as I can see how my inner life projects my outer life. This Cd is not an end to all, it's meant to suggest a work in progress and deepening our self-love and love for others.
