Album Notes
Discomfort of any kind, be it pain, illness, dysfunction is created by our self to bring the need for correction into awareness. It is our personal wake up call that we are interfering with our true nature, our wholeness or holiness; that we are confused, full of self doubt and fear. Pills, potions, lotions, supplements, physical devices provide temporary relief only, to the extent that there is belief in them. This is why the placebo is the most effective drug.

Nothing outside yourself heals you. Look for healing within. In order to heal it is essential to go beyond the seen world to the unseen. The visible light spectrum represents less than 10 to the minus 35th power (one divided by 10*35 , 1/100000000000000000000000000000000000) of the total light spectrum. “As long as you believe in what your physical sight tells you, your attempts at correction will be mis-directed.” (ACIM ch2, sec V, p8, s3) This is why visualization is so powerful. Perhaps you have noticed that you can not heal, learn, perform or be inspired unless you are relaxed. When you are relaxed there is a recognition that, it is Spirit not the body that is the altar of Truth and the recognition of this is what leads to healing. This is why these CDs spend a great deal of time relaxing you and have you experience a heightened state of awareness/spirit. The purpose of this is to move beyond the self-sabotage of egoic thought, to communicate with the sub-conscious mind in loving words and sounds to facilitate healing. The ego has no defense against love because love corrects all, has no opposite and is the release from fear.

True healing is the result of an all pervasive unconditional love. Henderson & Sills are simply facilitating the exchange. It is only the mind that recognizes its’ Source and looks beyond any perceived imperfection of the self or another that heals.

This is why Forgiveness is so important. (see SHS-02)

All healing is of the mind (the thought field, not the brain) and the mind/thought field is connected to the Mind of God which is connected to all that is. The brain is simply a transmitting/broadcasting/receiving device from what is sensed within the thought/mind – energy field and there is a quantum trickle down effect to the brain to experience thoughts and feelings as energy in motion or e-motion. It is The Mind that heals or more precisely it is the intention to join your mind with The Mind that heals because only minds join, not the body.

The Sounds on this recording are powerful. They are the pure sounds of crystal & metal singing bowls, tuning forks, native flute, voice, bells, rainstick, rattle & gong
