How Magical is Delicate Cycle?
So magical that I cant stop listening to it! The lyrics, the harmony of instrument and voice, the way that women plays a guitar...bliss...really.

Joseph Wooldridge

Great voice, add some cool guitar playing. Sure gets my attention.
I bought this CD because I just love her song "The Creator". It sounds like very hip country to me. Great rhythm, nice back beat, and kind of funny too. It's about her guardian angel named virgil.

Witty and insightful! A fabulous artist and a fabulous CD!!!
Magda Hiller is a phenomenon unexplained. Her writing has all this tongue in cheek humor even when writing about deeply emotional subject matter. But then she can turn and all that living experience comes through with no veil to disguise it. The Creator is one of the funnier ones with some rather candid imagery. But the songs that really get me are "These Words," "Too Much," and "comin' of the wake." She has a lot of bottled up energy that suddenly explodes in a line or a simple syllable within the song and it just knocks you right back. She's just a bundle or joy to listen to.

David Gossom

Hard to choose...
It is so difficult to decide what is best about this CD. Magda Hiller has a wonderful voice. From these songs, it is not apparent whether she has great range or power, but it her personality and emotions are very evident. On the other hand, the melodies are very original and upbeat, but the lyrics are thought provoking and show that this woman has a bit of mischief in her personality. Lastly, her finger style guitar playing is outstanding. So, I refuse to choose. I will just enjoy it all and you probably will as well.
