ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
re|al|ity (re al' a te) n ; pl. - ties. - 1. actual existence; true state of affairs: I doubted the reality of what he had witnessed; I thought he must have dreamed it. Cows have no place in reality.
am|pli|fied (am' ple fi) v., from latin amplificare 1. to make greater; stronger or larger. 2. Strengthen electrical impulses via vacuum tube or transistor. By turning the knob to the right you amplify the sound from this recording.

Am|pli|fied Re|al|ity (according to cows)
1.. to embark on recording an album in a shed come studio and various beach shacks with a digital 16 track, some instruments and much gear as could be mustered.
2.. To do so in the most part over a ten day period in the middle of summer whilst being somewhat oxygen deprived in a small and very hot room with two other sweaty breathing band members.
3.. To record 14 or 15 songs in total, cull 4 or 5, write and record new songs, mix and re-mix the songs several hundred times until the desired result is achieved.
4.. To take approximately 2.5 years, some personality adjustments, not to mention some persistence especially from band member families and Holycow fans who copped (This next song is from our soon to be released 2nd album) for about 18months... to be continued.
