ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
About this album:
The sun wavering in the sky... ...a quaint town during
sunset... ...layers of waves on the ocean... ...fluttering
flower petals...
This compact album evokes such images with its collection of
humbly dramatic and easygoing pop songs. Kaol's
melancholic yet sweet and dignified voice dances with a
soft groove around a melodious piano supported by
simple instrumental backing. Her vocal expression is as
diverse as the tone of their songs bringing to the
listener a gentle and warm sound to cuddle up to. Coming
to the end of the album one feels deeply content, as if
having watched an entire film.

About honeyside:
honeyside is the unit that Daisuke Takeuchi(whose career is based on Jazz) and Kaol Kodama who sings in some other bands formed together in Japan.

Their music is based on a sophisticated style which is combined acoustic jazz with pops.
