ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Life Just Got Sweeter was the Hula Honeys' debut album and a finalist for the prestigious Na Hoku Hanohano Award for Most Promising New Artist in Hawaii. It features both classics from Hawaii's Territorial Days and a marvelous collection of original compositions that are fun and sassy, insightful and sincere, genuine and true to the art. The original and clever title song says it all. They are joined on "I'll Weave a Lei of Stars for You" by Hawaii's legendary Emma Veary, the mother of Hula Honey Robyn Kneubuhl. Unique and haunting guitar work by Jeff Costello graces the collection. The Hula Honeys capture both vintage and contemporary Hawaiian music with enchanting appeal and charm.
