Album Notes
Terry "Ike" Clanton is a fourth generation cousin of Joseph "Ike" Clanton of Tombstone and OK Corral gunfight fame. Family history and the town of Tombstone Arizona has been a big part of Ike’s life, and always will be. For years Hollywood movies have made his family out to be some of the worst outlaws in American history. Although the truth is a much more fascinating story, he realizes that his public speaking engagements and Internet web sites will never have the same impact that Hollywood has had reaching millions of people. Who knows maybe an executive producer will come knocking about Tombstone II, a screenplay Ike wrote in 2003 telling the Clanton's side of the story.

Entertaining people is his life, acting is his passion. Terry Ike Clanton began acting in community theatre when he was 7 years old and he’s loved it ever since. Ike is currently working on “HAUNTED SALOON” the worlds first “Live” Internet TV western. The show is a “Live” non-stop one hour show every Tuesday night 10PM eastern 7PM pacific at www.HauntedSaloon.com

Based in an 1880’s saloon atmosphere, HAUNTED SALOON "Live" Internet TV has been called everything from Wayne’s World of the old west to Larry King “Live” drinking whiskey. “It’s a fun show to work on every week and the ratings are absolutely off the hook” says Clanton. The show currently has viewers in 98 countries, how cool is that". Stop by and see for yourself, they have hundreds of past show video clips on the HS web site at www.HauntedSaloon.com

After Terry Ike Clanton’s 13 year professional motorcycle racing career came to a sudden end due to multiple head injuries, racing promoters found a positive long term cure for his acquired insanity. They now wire him up with 50,000 watts of audio power and turn him loose on large crowds of people at motor sports events worldwide. “I love announcing, it keeps me at the race track with my friends without all the trips to the hospital” says Clanton.

Ike enjoys expressing himself by writing and recording original spoken word poetry. His first album “The Bard of Tombstone” was a limited release on cassette tape in 1996. The tapes sold out quickly through mail order and stores in Tombstone Arizona, but never re-released on CD. Today Ike has one unopened tape to his name and quickly points out that it’s not for sale.

The 126th anniversary of the famous OK Corral gunfight was October 26, 2007. On this day Ike released his rare first album "The Bard of Tombstone" on CD for the first time. New cover art work, plus a BONUS TRACK "Why She's The Greatest".
