Take time for yourself, find a special place and if possible a regular time in order to create an atmosphere. For example:-light a candle ; burn incense or aromatic oils ; have some fresh flowers or any other decoration ; make it your own little ritual ; make sure you will be warm enough , comfortable and undisturbed.

It is also possible to experience Yoga Nidra while sitting upright on the ground with both legs stretched out in front of you or in any of the meditation seats, e.g. simple single cross-legged, tailor seat (Sukhasana), with the help of a wall behind your back for extra support,or even sitting in a chair

The CD was recorded and co-produced by Steve Cooney, who moulded all these elements together into one sound.
