ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
INCA formed: June 2001 in Clonmel Co. Tipperary Ireland.

Keith, Michael and Brian had played together with Knight Reign for over 7 years. They played to people in 24 different counties in Ireland as well as a two month tour of Germany and Holland. They also released an E.P. which sold 1,500 copies, this accompanied with the fact that Thomas and Aaron had played together with Talis for two years showed the band that there was an ambition and love for music shared by all five members.

Within the first two months of forming, INCA played their first gig which was welcomed with open arms. During the next three months the band worked night and day writing and re-writing the first of their original songs. More gigs followed which saw the original songs receive compliments up and down the country.

The band noticed the reaction from people and continued to write more songs as well as updating and improving their cover versions. By January 2002, INCA felt that the time was right to record some of their own songs. They booked time in "Studio Fiona" Fermoy Co.Cork.

INCA released their debut 4 track E.P. at "Mulcahys Bar" Clonmel on Friday 11th January 2002 and by the following weekend INCA had sold 300 copies of their E.P.

March 2002:

INCA flew out to America on a five week promotional tour, bringing their original music to a new and receptive audience. aving sold another 1,000 copies of their 4 track E.P. They have returned home since to the Irish Music Scene until September when INCA head back for their 2nd American Tour........
