Nightlights

by Inflatable Hippies

There comes a time when the universe pauses and redirects its black hole galactic gaze. This is that time, only the universe is using its ears instead of its eyes, because this is music. Which is heard, not seen, unless somehow your neurons are crossed.

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The Inflatable Hippies have always been fighting the power, whether it is the Man, the Woman, gravity, or zippy alternating current. We were there during the Haight-Ashbury days of the 60s, when love was free and enchiladas were laden with such tasty goodness that the world was screaming rejoice. Nightlights is a ground-breaking album that reaches back with an elegantly tanned hand to that time and beyond, even to the mysterious blueberry farms of Maine.

Recorded in high-definition full-color fabulousness, this is a collection of songs--nay, an intricately woven tapestry of transcendental experiences-- designed to put the organic banana back in your mellow. Joined in the studio by a cornucopia of highly skilled musicians, including Charlemagne, King of France, on tuba, the apologetic ghost of Leon Trotsky on mandolin, Fitzroy MacLean on piano, Golda Meir on timpani, the boy Jute on wind chimes, Mildred Hargrave on electric guitar, and Cyrus the Great on bass, the Inflatable Hippies are fully pumped up on this beauty.

Are your tires inflated to 35 psi? Stay calm and do not freak out. They are now.
