Album Notes
I Shot Samo is a Montreal based indie rock band, born out of a discontent with the same old shit. The name was appropriated from artists Jean Michel Basquiat and Al Diaz, SAMO, a collaborative tag they used back in their early graffiti artist years, meaning “same old shit”. The music is about ideas and feelings offset with a desire to succeed.
