ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
After the release of "Commercially Inept" (2014), Izzy Miller largely disappeared from the public eye. Noise began again with the release of a lone single in late 2016, titled "Back to Getting Over You". While the single wasn't a commercial smash, it did pave the way for what is now being called the most anticipated release of Millers' career. That single featured Shane Davis (guitar) and Kris Poorman (drums) of the Black Market Salesmen, an up and coming band from Huntsville, Alabama.
Realizing that there was a great sound there, Izzy enlisted the help of the rest of the band and began writing and recording what would become "American Times". Working for days and nights on end, the record was finally finished in October of 2017 and is now ready to see the light of day. Featuring six brand new songs, Izzy and the Salesmen rip through them with incredible strength and it's safe to say that Miller sounds stronger here than ever before. From the opening count of "Mr. TV Man" to the fade out of the title track, "American Times", it's REAL rock n' roll music.
"Mr. TV Man", the lead single, was released in August of 2017 and instantly became a best seller on Amazon and a featured track on iTunes. While it just barely failed to chart it proves that, once again, the world is ready for rock n' roll to come back again. The world needs rock n' roll and now it's time to see if it really wants it...
