Album Notes
"[Find My Love] is a catchy tune in the vein of Lumineers or Of Monsters and Men" - Joe Kendrick (WNCW)

Jackson LeBeau is a Folk-Pop Singer/Songwriter from Virginia Beach, VA. He got his start in music playing guitar in a makeshift family-band with his sister Sarah on lead vocals, and his brother CJ on drums. After playing a few open mic nights at a local bar on the Virginia Beach Oceanfront (Abbey Road Pub), he tried his hand at writing his own songs. He quickly became addicted to songwriting. When his sister lost interest in pursuing music, Jackson found himself at a crossroads. He couldn’t stop writing, but his only voice had suddenly moved on. Realizing he wasn’t ready to give in, this sink-or-swim moment pushed him into teaching himself to sing. He spent most of the summer before his senior year of high school matching pitch, and pushing the limits of his voice at the family piano. Since then, he has been found performing up and down the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, has been featured live on the radio, and has played multiple festivals (Virginia Spring Wine Festival, Shaggfest, and VETS FEST).

As an acoustic duo, Jackson & CJ LeBeau started writing, arranging, and performing their original songs. It didn’t take long to notice that the music was still missing something. ENTER Suzanne Stanley…

Suzy, the former vocalist for City Voices, teamed up with Jackson & CJ to create the harmony-laced-folk-pop-sound the band was happily headed toward. This sound brought a new life to the band’s music, and shined a light on the obvious next step. The band set out to record.

The trio later enlisted Harrison Bounds (bass), Jason Brown (piano), & Alyssa Saunders (violin), to help record their debut EP. The first single off of that EP (“Find My Love” — available online as a free download) demonstrates the bands natural energy complemented by a catchy hook and hopeful lyrics. The band is looking forward to releasing more music in the near future, and performing anywhere that lovers of live music can be found.
