Album Notes
Revisiting the past while pointing to the future, Jacob Moon's new CD is in celebration of the 10 year anniversary of "LANDING". Jam-packed with music, this live set was recorded in May of this year at Catherine North Studios in front of a live audience. Featuring guest appearances by Ali Matthews and Rick Francis, Jacob re-imagines 10 of the songs from Landing, and includes 5 new songs including 'Live a Little' and covers by Bruce Hornsby, Gabe Dixon, Keane and Steve Bell.\

Featuring a pristine sound shot through with all the warmth that you'd expect from a recording done in an old converted church, the songs on 'Landing 2' demonstrate how some things improve with age. Jacob says, "It's easily my favorite album of mine thus far. It captures most of what I was going for when I dreamed about what it could be...back then and now. The audience was incredible, which was familiar, and the sound we captured is more dimensional and full-bodied. I'm excited for people to hear it."
