Singer/ songwriter Jacqui Sharkey is a crossover artist who released her first studio album, ‘A New Dawn’… an album which has received critical acclaim in Ireland, the U.K and as far away as the United States, Argentina and Australia since its independent release in 2011. ‘A New Dawn’, a 13 track album which is a mix of original songs and covers, has been described as a blend of Americana, Folk and New Country, with a hint of Jazz/pop in Jacqui’s self-composed songs. Her second album, 'Love And Other Things', prodcued by renowned musician and producer, Manus Lunny, of Scottish folk band Capercaillie, adds a Celtic twist to Jacqui's style, and offers more of Jacqui's self composed songs as well as other original songs and covers. 'Dance With the One' is the latest recording from Jacqui and will be part of a third album due for release before the Summer of 2015, with a definite New Country style...
