Album Notes
Jacye is an young singer with an old soul from Plaquemine, Louisiana. Her expressive voice is all original while influenced by Janis Joplin and Bonnie Raitt. Her soulful debut album consists of 13 original songs and was recorded in Muscle Shoals and Nashville with members of the Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section, The Muscle Shoals Horns, Wet Willie's Jimmy Hall and Delbert McClinton’s former band Dick50 of Rob McNelley (Bob Seger’s Silver Bullet Band), Kevin McKendree (Brian Setzer) and Lynn Williams (Wallflowers).
