ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The River North EP began 12 years ago in the middle of Iowa. "Wyoming Line" was first song I had written that I wanted to share with other people. It has taken many forms in the last decade, but every re-write became my new favorite. Seven years later, in an apartment in southeastern Montana, "If I Die" was penned. It took only 20 minutes, but as soon as I wrote it I went downtown so I could play it for someone. "Runnin'" and "Where She Wants Me", were written months apart in the last year, and really pushed me to making and releasing this album to introduce myself and my band River North

This album was recorded entirely in a basement in Miles City, Montana by the extremely gifted Sam Hould. He was the motor behind this project, and I owe him immensely. I also need to recognize the incredibly talented Cj Desjardin (Drums), and O.K.Olson (Lead and Steel Guitars) for their work on this. Thank you guys! Also, special thanks to my pal Grady Johnson for letting me put "Where She Wants Me" on this album; it's a hell of a song.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I did building it! Let the music flow...
