ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The first of these pieces started out as a way to experiment with electronic sounds and moods. As time went on and the music was revised, the idea of making a number of pieces that inspired the imagination to think of different scenes and emotions became the goal. The various pieces are like various scenes in a movie or tv show. In fact, all of these titles could be used as background music for videos.

For the technically minded, the music makes use of a number of software based synthesizers and was done entirely 'in the box' (in the computer). There are no live instruments. If I hadn't told you that, you might not of realized that.

For the time being, we've elected to make this a digital distribution only album. If you would like to have a traditional, physical CD to hold in your hands *please* drop us a note so we can decide if we'll do a physical release as well.

If you like any of the titles from this CD, you may like some of our newer, not yet ready for release on an album, titles that are available at our website. JamesGilbertMusic.com
