Album Notes
The origin of this project (I've Got A Song) goes back to my early childhood; a young boy with a desire to write songs and trying my best to play the piano. After a “dry” spell of many years not pursuing either one, I started picking up the piano again in late 1999. Soon after, I found myself driving to Brandon Morrell’s house and I began to think about the words “Lift Up Your Eyes”. It wasn’t long and I was anxiously pulling off the road to write down the words before I lost them.

Similar scenarios have occurred over the last several years for each song that God has given me. The purpose of this project is to provide Christians with biblically sound lyrics and tasteful music to enjoy. So, enjoy!

Now, for those who may not know me, let me properly introduce myself. I’m thirty two years old (as of this writing), have a beautiful wife who makes me look good, a wonderful son – Carter Daniel – born February 2, 2010, and a “daddy’s girl” – Avalynn Mariah – born May 26, 2011. Life couldn’t be better!

We spent three and a half years in youth ministry in my home church, The Lighthouse Church in Tulsa, OK – Pastor Gary L. Howard. Prior to that we helped in various other capacities in the church as well helping start a branch work.

In response to the call of God, my family moved to Manila Philippines January 9th, 2013 as missionaries. We feel honored to work in this country and we are expecting great things.

Overall, I love God and love people – the first helps with the latter.
