Album Notes
Janelle has become a prolific singer song writer and accomplished pianist at an early age. She has written over thirteen original songs, many of which were written before her sixteenth birthday. Her original music encompasses contemporary, inspirational, as well as Christian themes. She began playing piano in early elementary school and started writing her own music after receiving her first guitar on her fifteenth birthday. Janelle has loved singing since she was a young girl and has acquired her own unique style throughout her years singing in musical theater, chorus, and at church. Her relevant original songs express some of the trials that all people face and encourage others to overcome them in a positive and uplifting way.

Her style of music is inspired by many of her favorite genres including jazz, blues, indie rock and alternative. As such, she enjoys performing covers of artists including Norah Jones, Mumford and Sons, Ed Sheeran, and The Paper Kites.
