ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
“Using guided imagery was so profoundly helpful to me as I moved through cancer treatment and recovery. I created these guided meditations to help you tap into your inner healing resources, and bring your best to your treatment, healing and recovery processes. I hope that you find these guided meditations helpful on your healing journey. Blessings to you.”
Jane Ehrman, M.Ed., CHES

She is a Board Certified Diplomat in Clinical Hypnotherapy, certified in Interactive Guided Imagery™, a Certified Health Education Specialist and a certified Intrinsic Wellness Coach. Jane did post-graduate training at The Harvard Mind-Body Medical Institute in Boston, MA, and the Academy for Guided Imagery in California (150 course hours). Her own experience with breast cancer in 1988 taught her the value and power of guided imagery, hypnosis, and other mind-body modalities to help her reduce stress, prepare for numerous medical procedures, minimize treatment side effects from chemotherapy and radiation, and enhance her wellness.

Since 1994, Jane has created guided imagery for several medical research studies. Over the years, she has prepared hundreds of people for surgery, cancer treatment and other medical procedures both in her private practice and as a practitioner at the Cleveland Clinic’s Center for Integrative and Lifestyle Medicine, Cleveland, Ohio.
