ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This release is the "Guitar-Phantastica-Concept-Classic-Rock-Instrumental"-Album by German Guitarist, Bassist, Keyboardplayer, Backing-Vocalist, Logic-Programmer, Editor, Composer and Producer Jan Petersen. This Release is the instrumental Version of "The Ray of Spring" by Beyond the Blue, the Hamburg based Progressive Rock Duo with Singer Frank Wollenburg. The fully loaded Album "The Ray of Spring" was produced in 2007. So, here it is, the 10 years anniversary edition in its entire form. I just remixed and rearranged the songs a little bit due to the instrumental character of the music and than I renamed all the tracks a lot to make a difference to the original version, which is not available any more. Jens Lück remastered both versions of the album and of course played all the drums, some piano and keyboards. Oboe: David Werner, Trumpet: Daniel Stellwagen.
