1st half:

Directions for daytime use:

Stop using the T.V. as a babysitter all the time and try using music instead.
Turn on the player. Watch child's antics. Lots of fun.

2nd half:

Directions for evening use:

Here's a homespun remedy for those rare times when Mom and Dad don't want to get
up at 2:00 in the morning to rock the cradle. Have music player in bedroom. Put on lullabies and snuggle up with baby or child until both of you are back to sleep.

Written for and tested on my own children and their children.
