ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
THE MOTOR CITY IS STILL ROLLING ON!!! Jayel Stokes is back with her sophomore album "Feelin Good". Jayel effectively blends together R&B, soul, jazz, and hip hop into one. This album offers much more than her freshman album "Golden Lady". After the release of her first album, Jayel took some time to pursue a career as a veterinarian, but she couldn't completely put music to a halt. During her years of studies, she took time to compose the Feelin' Good album. She cleverly adds her violin, playing over R&B and hip hop tracks. You might even mistake it for an electric guitar! She collaborates with several of Detroit's finest musicians, producers, rappers, and singers to make this album very special and unique. This is an album that will have you singing every lyric, humming every melody, and coming back for more.
