Jay Michaels is the principle songwriter/arranger for the Celtic/Folk/Renaissance duo The Harper and The Minstrel. He also plays Harp, Guitar and sings with the duo, who have recorded 7 CD’s together.

Jay Michaels has been involved in music all his life. He has been playing the Harp professionally since 1998, and has performed at venues throughout New England, in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Florida, Arizona and California.

Jays fluid style and passionate playing have earned him praise from both audiences and fellow musicians alike.
