Album Notes
JazZen is the collaboration of Bobb Fantauzzo (Native American and Chinese flutes) and Aaron Kerr (electric cello) blending their unique voices together into an ethno-fusion jazz soup that is tasty for all.

Explorations is their first project together capturing the sound and feel that one experiences at a live JazZen performance.

Bobb and Aaron sound like they have played together for a lifetime – they are tight and loose at the same time. They sound like they let life tug at them in whatever direction it wants, and they go with the flow.

Going way beyond Bobb’s 2003 “Sirocco – Winds of Passion” CD (which was a big step in bringing the Native American flute into the jazz genre), Explorations takes the listener on a journey across JazZen’s musical landscape… “from Jazz to Zen and Beyond.”
