ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
My introduction to performing came at an early age, having started with the guitar at age 10.

As a working musician I have never subscribed to the belief that there is only one form of music. From Mexican Classical, Jazz Standards, Bossa Nova, Latin, Blues, Country, Pop, to Light Rock & Mariachi. Artists such as Antonio Bribiesca, Carlos Santana, Terry Kath, Wes Montgomery, Pat Martino, Pat Matheny, George Benson, Earl Klugh, Peter White, and Joe Pass, have continued to influence my style.

My music is a testament of all my experiences, expressing my feelings of happiness, and sadness, joy and sorrow. It is my sincerest hope that I can share these feelings with you.

Pete Diaz

fine guitar, fine music, fine musician
I just met Buzz and have heard his fine versions of "our" music on this CD. I grew up in south Texas and his music brought back lots of fond memories of other fine guitar players. Being a Latin Jazz musician myself I truly appreciate Buzz's mucic. Great CD.

I first heard of Buzz Guerra and listened to his music
at my dentists' office. I know the familiar songs that he played.
These are the songs I listened to as I grew up in East Austin. Look
forward to receiving my CD.
