Album Notes
All music is poetry , and all poems communicate emotion. Seize the night is poetic because the feelings it provokes are at once personal ,memorable, but nevertheless reassuringly human .
Do you believe in predestination? The first Track , Red Cells grew from an eerie yet stimulating experience of this phenomenon, expressed in lyrical form. Recognition of the power of storytelling is a feature of 'Song for Daphne' , an unashamed tribute to an exceptional writer , Daphne du Maurier. If you've never read her books, this track could launch you on a voyage of discovery, but if you have already experienced some of her work, this will leave you yearning for more.
Should you wish to escape in an open top convertible and drive through Big Sur with your fantasy partner , then 'Fly Away' and 'Let's Just disappear' are for you. If art and artists fascinate you , then the question posed by 'Self Portraits' , is one you'll enjoy contemplating. And all this comes wrapped up in melodies to make your heart race , your body sigh , and (maybe) bring a tear to either eye!

Why isn't this guy famous yet?
Absolutely knockout, not only brilliant songs but an artistic revelation. 'Believe' is fantastic ; Leonard Cohen - like but more upbeat and rocky . Such imagination. Cant wait for more.
