Album Notes
This is Jeff's debut solo album featuring traditional hymns, updated to include several different styles; from smooth jazz to gospel. "The Power" features several talented musicians, with Jeff leading the band on trumpet and flugelhorn. Jeff ministers in music in churches all over the U.S. and he has performed in several foreign countries, as well.

Jeff is an accomplished trumpet and flugelhorn player with over 35 years experience. He has used his talents to minister and lead congregations in worship in many different settings, including; Sunday services, youth retreats and concerts. Jeff has played in France, Jamaica, and Honduras. Jeff also has a unique singing style, and can minister in song with his bold baritone voice.

Jeff is lead trumpet player at his home church, and is a soloist in concerts around the country. Jeff also appears in concert with Dave Boyer, and with the Tulsa Praise Orchestra several times each year, and plays professionally in other settings.

Jeff is a recipient of the Louis Armstrong Jazz Award. Honoring outstanding jazz students, the Armstrong Award recognizes the highest achievement in jazz performance.
