Album Notes
Singer-songwriter JEFF KLOETZEL presents his latest CD - “Long Time Coming”! A true labor of love – and a rocky 21 months in the making - this is Jeff’s first release in almost 16 years. Truly a long time coming…

With deft sound-shaping by co-producer/engineer Bret Levick, the songs on the project were brought to life pretty close to what Jeff heard in his head, and then beyond. The able assistance of several other fine musicians (Levick, Jeff Pevar, Don Harriss, Jeff Stanley, Bob Evoniuk, Matthew Kriemelman and others) from a talent-rich community in Oregon adds subtle texture, rich spice and fiery spark to the 12 new tunes. Jeff’s soulful vocals and rhythmic acoustic guitar work lead the music through diverse genres, from modern folk-pop to soul, from country-tinged rock to Americana to simple singer-songwriter material. Lyrics speak of a life fully-lived with love, loss, longing and loneliness, and also journeys, jokes and joy. The song arrangements vary from driving band numbers to stripped-down, mellow acoustic tracks. Something for almost everyone in this collection of music - check it out!

Something for everyone
Jeff's voice is truly wonderful, rich and full of character. Many people can relate to the stories he tells through his music. There are fun songs, sad songs and real songs. Then add to that the magic he creates in his guitar solos and this is a must have for anyone who appreciates great music.
