ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The Shutterdogs maintain a musical balance between traditional style genres ala Carter Family fiddle and guitar based songs to alternative blues based rock n' roll. Centered on the songwriting of Jeff Wilkinson, this new album stretches and expands the template of the band's two previous releases with the addition of Telecaster marvel Josh Colow. The album features some great Upstate New York guest artists from B3 organ wizard Jeremy Baum, to bodhran/percussionist Steve Holloway to clawhammer banjoist Ritchie Stearns (the Horseflies). Also featured are vocalists the Wynotte Sisters (Daria Grace, Vibeke Saugestad & Sara Milonovich).
