BODY AWARENESS- Develops a connection between body and mind that combats poor self-image and a lack of body awareness. Focusing on the self and directing attention to internal experiences, which increases your presence in the here and now.

STONE & STREAM- Used to increase energy and directive to combat attentional issues and lethargy. Allows the mind to gather vitality and focus.
