Album Notes
Jennings started with the songwriting of Mary Jennings at the age of 15. In the ten years to follow, she would go on to create a diverse catalog of songs chronicling milestones in her life as well as those around her. In an attempt to get her music and words heard, she devoted her time to touring heavily in the Southeast. Mary has since moved to the Big Apple tackling some of New York's most sought after venues. Now with her third album, Jennings creates an indie pop piano sound with a touch of electronica to turn her emotions, fears, and passions into something everyone can relate to.

Just as I Suspected!
I received my copy of Jennings CD yesterday. After having the great fortune and priveledge of seeing her perform live, it was with great anticipation (and impatience) that I opened the blasted shrink wrap (one of my biggest enemies) . . . but what I found inside was well worth it. Just as I suspected, Jennings CD was, indeed, \"Femtastic\". She brings a powerful voice to her songwriting and effortlessly weaves it all into the pop culture and just across the boundaries of the electronica world. This opportunity you have to purchase this CD should not be passed by, as you will find a unique and enjoyable listening experience that can only otherwise be described as, \"Jennings\".

Stunningly fabulous
I stumbled across Jennings due to the fact she cites Imogen Heap as an influence. You can hear that influence in elements of this CD, but it really is just an influence and not a copied style. I personally love the modern production on good solid songwriting... you really can't beat great songwriting and this CD is a shining example of just that.

I was blown away from the very first majestic and triumphant sounding track "Falling Higher" (the very track that lured me in hear more in the first place) through to the soothing wind down feel of "Two Bullets".

If you are thinking of taking a chance and buying this CD on a whim... just do it... now.
