Album Notes
Brazilian Dreams is Jeremy Monteiro’s latest Bossa Nova album that will appeal to jazz fans and fans of Brazilian Bossa Nova music. The album features favourites like “The Girl from Ipanema” and “Meditation” along with some of Monteiro’s original compositions like Samba Apaxionado (written with Juliana Da Silva) and Brazilian Dreams (written with Melissa Tham).

The album features some of the top musicians from Singapore, Brazil, Columbia and Germany like saxophonist Tony Lakatos, Percussionist Mario Maradei Gonzalez, Juliana Da Silva and Melissa Tham.

The melodies are lilting and poignant and the rhythms go between the hypnotic pulse of the Bossa Nova to the carnival joy of the Samba - this is Brazilian Dreams!
