Album Notes
Robert Quodbach (1963-1994) was a Dutch composer, who unfortunately died at a young age of 31. His relatively small oeuvre contains a unique personal and emotional style. His style can be called 'Slow Music' and 'Post classical', consisting of Classical, Pop and Minimal music elements. Let yourself be taken away in his dream world.
Dutch Pianist Jeroen Riemsdijk has commissioned the two Sonatas in the early '90 in their relatively short period of musical friendship in Maastricht.
