Album Notes
This is a dense, slow burn debut EP with strong 70's rock vibes over an alt-country sad-girl aesthetic. Themes of alcoholism, emotional abuse, and the insecurity of youth run across aggressive metaphors and biting attacks on the subject (and object) of these conflicts. Guitar driven and with plenty of gratuitous grand piano flourishes, it's a heavy batch of tunes that has been compared to Jewel, Neko Case, Alanis Morissette and every other late 90's Women & Songs compilation featured artist.
