Album Notes
Jessica Rhodes is a UK based singer and pianist who writes and performs her own style of acoustic, soul-pop, taking influence from the likes of Tracy Chapman, Jess Glynne, Fleetwood Mac and Joss Stone.

Jessica released her eponymous debut EP in March 2015 and toured across the UK with her band, playing venues and festivals ahead of artists such as Simply Red, Paul Carrack and Florence and the Machine. The EP was recorded in A.I.R Studios under the guidance of veteran engineer and producer Matt Butler (Phil Collins, Luther Vandross), who kept the music as raw and unprocessed as possible.

“Rhodes has a singular gift at making organic music that really engages you.”

Jessica has extensive experience as a public figure, modelling for international brands and clients including MAC Cosmetics and TONI&GUY. She encompasses versatility, bringing the look, the sound and the personality into each aspect of her career. In 2014 she was invited to play TONI&GUY 50th anniversary festival at Knebworth House alongside Iggy Azelia and Tynchy Stryder.

In 2016 Jessica plans to release new material in the form of two new singles; “Who You Are” and “These Four Walls”, which will be made available in Spring and Autumn respectively. Jessica’s soulful contralto vocal along with rootsy, live production, offers a real alternative to today’s female pop artists.

“We wanted to give the listener that “Live Lounge” experience, as if the band was playing right in front of you when you listen to the records”.

Both releases will coincide with UK tours, where Jessica will open for the likes of Justin Bieber, Jeff Lynne’s ELO and Blair Dunlop.
