Jezz in a Box

by Jezz Barwick

This could be called a mix of Country, Easy listening, kind of Jazzy... stuff! Mostly with lyrics but the occasional instrumental. Reasonably traditional. Something to tap your foot or make you ponder, something you would like to hear again, I hope!

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Many years ago I played in a band around the clubs and bars across the UK and therefore had to play whatever people wanted to hear, so it was mostly good old Rock n Roll, or Country or Ballads or old Pop with plenty of memories for people. Throughout this time I wanted to play original songs that we were writing but that wasn't what was wanted. The band broke up in 1989 and we each went our different ways. I went into computer programming! A few years ago I started re-learning all the old songs and writing more. Now, finally, here is a sample of the kind of music I like. A strange blend of Country, Jazz, Old pop, Ballads and something else that I cannot describe. Enjoy!
