Instructions:

There is no “right” or “wrong” way to use these recordings. It is recommended that the first track, The Inner Healthy Self, be used daily for the first 30 days. The other tracks should be combined with the first, alternating among them for a total of two tracks per day. Listen to them in the morning or at night, both at one time or separate...whatever works best for you as an individual. Caution: Do not use any of these recordings while driving.
